Quick response October 6, 2015 Reviewer: keith chaffin from locust grove, GA United States   The Rack and the mirror I ordered were shipped within 24 hours. I am still waiting on my Tower, Should be here it took a little over a week. So far customer service is great when I asked about shipment. The Rack and the mirror are excellent quality, I hope the Tower is too. I believe it will be. Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent sturdy rack June 9, 2015 Reviewer: brent tucker from herriman, UT United States   The rack is solid, sturdy, and beautiful. Excellent value for a good product. I would rather have not had a signature required for the priority delivery, but they shipped it the morning after I ordered it and it arrived almost the day after. It would have arrived the next day had a signature not been required, but I was able to pick it up from the post office the morning after the delivery attempt-which was the day we left for the lake so it all worked out.
