Our return policy is satisfaction guaranteed within 60 days. However, if you are considering returning, We recommend putting everything back in the box with all proper protective sleeves exactly as you received. We expect returns to be received in like new condition AND in original packaging. If an item cannot be resold as new, and or is missing parts, we then charge restocking fees to cover these parts; we do not like to charge restocking fees, but we will if we need too. Also, we do not refund the shipping we paid to ship to you (even if it is free shipping), and the customer is responsible to ship back to us.
Please contact us by replying to your original order confirmation email saying that you would like to return the item. If you do not have the original email, then email us at email@example.com with the name as it appears on the order, and saying you would like to return the item. We will reply within a reasonable amount of time with a return authorization number and instructions.
