Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our team works hard to both ship items in a timely fashion and inspect all products before shipping. We accept returns for a refund minus the shipping we paid to ship to you as long as the product is received within 30 days: after 30 days and up to 60 days we charge a 25% restocking fee; after 60 days we will not accept the return. We require the product to be returned in the condition that it was received. If the product is missing parts or requires re conditioning to sell as new again, then we charge a restocking fee to cover these costs; the restocking fee would be assessed upon Bullet Ski Lines receiving the return.
Gifts and not knowing clamp sizes: we will work with gift purchases as the purchaser does not usually know the correct clamp size. If the clamp size ends up being wrong, then please have the person the gift was given too email us with the order confirmation number/buyers name, and we will work out the exchange.
With metal fabrication minor blemishes, scratches, or nicks are common and can be visible on aluminum/steel products: We try to only ship the best quality. If you feel that your product has excessive blemishes, scratches, nicks / damage, then please follow the return instructions below.
Simply return/exchange by replying to your order email confirmation, and write that you would like to return the order or specific item in the multiple item order. If you do not have the original order confirmation, then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name as it appears on the order, and approximate order date. We will reply to your email with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return.
Once we receive the return we will provide a refund minus shipping (and restocking fee if needed) back to your original payment method within 3 days.
