Satisfied customer December 26, 2014 Reviewer: Anthony Genova from Margate, FL United States   Thank you for delivering a quality product. I will have to send a picture showing how I used the wake board rack on my car attached to a tow hitch mount bike rake. I removed the bike part and left a nice 2 inch tube to attach to. Looks cool and works well. My only issue was the online system did not show my purchase for 3 days. A little bothersome but not a deal breaker as I did receive an email confirmation and a personal email. thanks Was this review helpful to you?

great customer service August 11, 2014 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   great customer service - will buy from this company again - as luck would have it, i ordered this rack, and the "back plate" had a defect on it prohibiting it to be mounted correctly.  I sent a quick e-mail with picture showing the defect the and company rushed me a new one in the mail instantly with no questions asked.  great service - and by the way - it was easy to install does the job i need it to do.
